Registration Fees
The camp fees below include drumming/dance workshops, activities, use of all facilities, meals and snacks, and housing accommodations as chosen.

Note: Fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). All payments must be made IN FULL at the time of registration.
Cancellation Policy
June Camp
Before April 15: A $50 fee will be charged and the remainder will be refunded to you.
After April 15: A $100 fee will be charged and the remainder will be refunded to you.
If you have registered or are thinking about registering for Drum Camp 2025, please know that if a decision is made to cancel, by us or by you due to COVID concerns, you will have the option to receive a FULL REFUND.
2025 Registration - 2 Options!
We have 2 options in which you can register for Drum Camp! You pick which option you prefer.
Option 1 - Register ONLINE: Submit your registration form and payment all online. You’ll be given the option to pay via e-transfer (Canadians only) or credit card (everyone). Your registration is not complete until you submit your payment. Paying later is not an option.
Option 2 - Register via Mail: If you choose this option, your payment must be accompanied by your completed registration form.
To Register & Pay Online: Follow these simple steps:

Fill out the registration form and click submit.
You’ll then see a summary of your registration form. At the top, you’ll select your payment preference (e-transfer or credit card) with instructions.
If paying by e-transfer, send funds to drumcamps@gmail.com.
If paying by credit card, you’ll re-enter your accommodation, work exchange, and scholarship donation selections.
Add your selections to the cart and proceed to check out!

To Register via Mail: If you do not want to register and pay online, you can still submit your registration form and payment via mail - like we have always done in the past.
